What data do we process?
Newsletter: name, e-mail address, chosen newsletter language, and the time and IP address of the sign-up and confirmation. Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number and the details you provide in the message.
Legal basis
The newsletter is based on your voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Answering an enquiry is a pre-contractual step (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long do we keep it?
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Enquiry data is kept for 2 years after the enquiry is closed.
Who receives it?
The newsletter is sent using EmailOctopus Ltd. (United Kingdom) as our processor. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. We do not pass your data to any other third party and we never sell it.
How to unsubscribe
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works instantly. You can also write to bea.molnar@molnarjagd.hu at any time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Complaints
You may complain to the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or to your local supervisory authority, and you may go to court.
